On March, 2002, the Union of the Committees of Soldiers Mothers of Russia called the 3rd International Congress of Soldiers Mothers «For Life and Freedom». 107 regional organizations of Soldiers Mothers of Russia and 14 Russian and international human rights and peace-making organizations adopted resolutions of the further strategy of soldiers mothers activities. |
